Yes! BatchMorph supports bulk uploads and batch conversion. You can upload dozens or hundreds of files and convert them all at once. For optimal performance, we recommend uploading 20-30 files at a time. Larger batches may cause timeouts depending on your computer's capabilities.
Can I convert PDF pages into images?
Yes! Upload a PDF and choose .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff, or .png as the output format to convert the first page into an image file. This is perfect for creating thumbnails or extracting visual content from documents.
Can I convert video files?
Yes! We support video conversion including MOV files from iPhone/Mac that can be converted to MP4, AVI, or WebM formats.
Important file size limits:
For stable processing, video files should be under 200MB
Files larger than 200MB may cause server timeouts during upload
If you have larger videos, consider compressing them first or breaking them into smaller clips
This limit ensures reliable processing and prevents server overload during conversion.
Do you support folder uploads?
Yes! Folder uploads and zipped batch downloads are supported on Business and Enterprise plans. For best performance, we recommend folders containing 20-30 files at a time.
Why 200MB for higher tiers?
While we'd love to support unlimited file sizes, our servers have practical limits. Files larger than 200MB can cause timeouts during upload and processing, especially for video files which require intensive conversion. This limit ensures reliable service for all users and prevents server overload.
For larger files: Consider compressing videos or breaking them into smaller segments before upload.
What happens if I reach my file limit?
You'll receive a usage alert and be prompted to upgrade your plan or wait until your quota resets next month. We provide warnings at 80%, 90%, and 95% of your limit to help you plan accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! All paid plans are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime via your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal—no contracts, no hassle.
Are my files safe?
Yes! Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after conversion. We do not store or view your files after processing. View our Privacy Policy for full details.
